What happened to the Target and Copp's offer. Did Metro drop the ball or did Bellevue get wind of the RTA discussion?

Bellevue dropped the ball. They have no vision of the future and are trapped in the past like most of the county.

OK here is is October and I can't see the blog or updates for the month of September??? I am thinking some one dropped the ball when they decided to do the blog area.
As for riding the bus I am glad I can drive a car I am hardly riding the bus anymore as I can't afford the pass most of the time...In fact it is cheaper for me to fill the gas tank once a month than to get a pass to ride the bus.....with the fare being half price on Saturdays how come elderly and disabled people aren't getting charged half of $0.75 for each trip.....
I am glad there is a bus going to walmart in De Pere but THREE HOURS ON A BUS JUST TO GO TO WALMART IN DE PERE is just plain stupid!!!!
