Route 11 outbound changes to Route 17 at Broadview. Route 17 inbound changes into Route 11 inbound at Broadview.
This means, if a rider wants to go from Metro Center to De Pere, rider would take Route 11 and stay on the same bus for once it reaches Broadview, Route 11 changes to Route 17. In addition, if you are in De Pere and you want to go to Metro Center, saty on the same bus. Transfers at Broadview will be made for passengers who get picked up along southbound Webster and want to go back to Metro Center. In addition, if picked up in De Pere, transfers will be made at Broadview. Make sure to inform the driver once you aboard the bus that you need to transfer to insure a transfer can be made. Route 15 will not be affected during this change.
This route design is to help some of the time issues being faced at the bottom of every hour on Broadview.

First of all, instead of just saying "Broadview" you said either "Broadview & Libal" or "Broadview & Webster." There's a big difference to somebody on foot.
Secondly, the fact that one has to change buses in order to stay on the actual Route 11 as shown on the route map should be clearly stated and illustrated ON THE ROUTE MAP. That's the beauty of internet information: YOU CAN EASILY CHANGE IT.
Thirdly, if the Trip Planner (google) is not yet accurate, as I've now been told by 2 different employees, then DEACTIVATE THE LINK UNTIL IT IS! No information at all is better than inaccurate information that leaves someone stranded for 45 minutes in sub-zero weather.
No wonder people don't use public transit here...I've spent 2 days, several emails and phone calls (on hold nearly 5 minutes) just trying to get a simple route mapped so I'll have it handy in a snow emergency. I STILL don't have an adequate answer.
I would have spent less time if I'd simply gotten into my car and followed behind the bus so I knew the actual timing and route.
the number 17 needs to be 2 buses.
1 hour is along time for the people of depere to wait for some to ride a bus. the economy is down and you wont take advantage of it.
