Route 10: Velp

This route is scheduled to be eliminated. The productive portions of this route are overlapped by the Route 3: Mather bus.

Service to ASPIRO will be provided by the revised Route 3 and Route 4.

WHEN is it actually scheduled to be eliminated?

There is no date set yet. The implementation date is dependent upon the public hearing process and the comments received. This will allow Metro time to evaluate the comments and thoughts given. Advance notice will be given so that affected riders will have opportunity to evaluate the revised routes.

The 10 Velp bus didnt go far enough on Velp. There are tons of jobs in Howard that list their address as Green Bay, but the bus doesnt go there. I read something recently about revenue sharing in the Green Bay Press Gazette. No matter who I talk to about making the busses go farther, I get the "Thats not my department" answer. What kind of people does the city of Howard think ride the bus?

Exactly, what does the village of howard want from the city of green bay. this route could have servicing them for years now. It's ultimately their loss.
